Construction of the Exco residential accommodation and conference centre (turnkey) at Modiri Molema Street, Montshiwa Unit 2, Mahikeng, North West. CIDB 8GB. Scope of works could include: 12 housing units consisting of 10 three bedroom houses for MECs with individual swimming pools and study rooms. One four bedroom house for the Premier with individual swimming pool and study room. One four bedroom house for the Speaker with individual swimming pool and study room. Shared communal spaces for the houses to include an entertainment area and tennis court.
