About this development
Construction of 270 residential units for the Evergreen Noordhoek, an Evergreen Lifestyle Village, which will be developed on the corner of Glencairn Express Way and Kommetjie Road in Sun Valley, in the Western Cape. Evergreen Noordhoek will consist of 270 units. 150 Units which will range from one-bedroom studios to three-bedroom houses, will be constructed in Phase 1 and Phase 2. The 270 units also includes 120 apartments which is being constructed as part of Phase 4. An Evergreen lifestyle centre will be built at Evergreen Noordhoek, providing community facilities such as a residents’ dining room, a lounge, a TV lounge, a games room, a bar, a coffee bar, a heated pool, a gym and a library. Frail-care facilities will also be included in the development, and are included in the same building as the Lifestyle Centre.
