About this development
Construction of frail-care facilities for the Evergreen Noordhoek, an Evergreen Lifestyle Village, which will be developed on the corner of Glencairn Express Way and Kommetjie Road in Sun Valley, in the Western Cape. Evergreen Noordhoek will consist of 270 units, which will range from one-bedroom studios to three-bedroom houses, as well as apartments. Frail-care facilities will also be included in the development and an Evergreen lifestyle centre will be built at Evergreen Noordhoek, providing community facilities such as a residents’ dining room, a lounge, a TV lounge, a games room, a bar, a coffee bar, a heated pool, a gym and a library.
