Petu Properties is planning to build a mixed-use development near the planned Konza City, positioning it as a suburb that will match the needs of the techno-city. The development dubbed, Evergreen City, Konza is 11km from the Konza city site and sits on 75 acres. It is expected to cost an estimated Sh4 billion and will consist of residential, commercial, retail properties and social amenities. A community centre and a nursery school with both site on an acres each with a green area taking up 5 acres. This is for the institutional portion.
