Construction of the building for an Evergreen retirement village on the border of Dainfern and Fourways Gardens in Broadacres, in Gauteng. Broadacres has been designed as a mix of: 1 bedroom assisted living homes, 2 bedroom duet homes, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom stand alone homes with garaging, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom stand alone homes with garaging. Security will include thumb print recognition, alarm and panic buttons in each home. A community centre with 24 hour nursing facilities, lounge, dining and pub area, library, gym, heated pool and laundry facilities. Broadacres has also been designed as a Smart Village with 24hr broadband and centralised television channels.
