Construction of the liquefied natural gas plant in Djibouti. The plant and export terminal will be built for the containment of the gas for the Ethiopia and Djibouti gas pipeline. It will be a 3 metric ton per annum plant (mtpa). The plant’s capacity could eventually be extended to 10 mtpa. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is 10.9581702, 41.8102457
