Construction of GAP Housing, government employee units, medium-density housing and parking, mixed-use commercial, and mixed-use residential, as part of the Ethembeni Housing Development on Erf 36, Erf 573, and Portion 5 of Erf 233 of the Township of New England, which is located on a portion of Ward 37 of the Msunduzi Local Municipality, in KwaZulu-Natal.
