Ethembeni Development - Residential A

Construction of detached low cost housing units, GAP housing, medium density subsidised housing, military veteran units, mixed use residential units, and social housing, as part of the Ethembeni Housing Development on Erf 36, Erf 573 and Portion 5 of Erf 233 of the Township of New England, which is located on a portion of Ward 37 of the Msunduzi Local Municipality, in KwaZulu-Natal. The development is also proposed to include the construction of education facilities, government employee units, medium density housing, medium density housing parking, mixed use commercial, a petrol filling station, and places of worship.
