Construction of 48 sectional title sites of 1ha each at the Etango Private Game Reserve, situated at the foothills of the Waterberg Mountains, 50km from Bela-Bela (previously known as Warmbaths) in Limpopo Province. House sizes vary, the smallest is 150m² and the largest 400m², development will include a clubhouse. There are seven different house plans to choose from and some of the special features include outdoor showers, Zen gardens, built-in braais, outdoor fire pits, lapas, large entertainment areas, fireplace options in the bedrooms and outdoor lounges (under roof).
