Eskom Susandale Project

Construction of a substation called Tilburg, 1 x 10MVA 132 / 22kV, 100m x 100m. Erection of a 10km 132kV Kingbird loop in line from Nora-Tom Burgke 132kV line to the new substation, erection of a 10km 132kV Kingbird loop out line from the new substation back to Villa Nora-Tom Burke 132kV line, and the erection of a 36 metre communications tower. The project is situated in the Lephalale region in Limpopo Province. At this stage the following farms could be affected: Susandale LR-175; Hilton LQ-19; Bergen-Op-Zoom LQ 188; Schoonzicht LQ 192; Lettiesberg LR-177; Treurniet LQ-189. The project will be known as Eskom Susandale Project.
