About this development
Upgrading of the existing vehicle staging area at Isipingo and the expansion of parking facilities to the vacant portion of the site to the North along Factory Road bounded by Baltex Road. It is anticipated that the whole site would provide for a total of approximately 1500 parking bays. In addition, the access roads and circulation would be rationalized and a new 7m wide road approximately 500m in length is proposed. The site is located on Erf 2301 Isipingo, known as 16 Jeffels Road, Isipingo and the remainder of Erf 4783, Isipingo, known as 12 Old Main Road, Isipingo, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
