Scope of works: Alterations & Demolition works including all rubble removal to an authorized designated dumpsite. Installation of the following: new roof covering, box gutter systems, security boom gate system, ironmongery & accessories, steel frame & bracing, façade IBR Chromadek, solar powered perimeter lighting, cantilevered carports, HVAC systems, new guard house, customer cubicles & shelving and signage & driveway markings. Construction of the following: Boundary wall, stormwater management system and cantilever concrete. The scope also includes: Waterproofing of all roof coverings, plastering works, plumbing & drainage, ceilings & partitions & access flooring, floor covers, wall linings and tiling, external earthworks & installation of paving, metal and aluminum works, carpentry & joinery, painting, electrical reticulation and testing works, landscaping works and general cleaning.
