About this development
Upgrades to the existing Alkylation Unit at the Engen Refinery, Wentworth, South Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The upgrades incorporates the latest technology to mitigate Alkylation Unit risks and enables the enhanced production of alkylate from 400m³ per day to approximately 600m³ per day, thereby producing higher octane fuels. This project is primarily engineering in nature and will involve installation of pressure valves etc. R200 - R300 million.
