Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority Head Quarters, Extension to Office Block, Rwanda

EWSA intends to upgrade its Head Quarters offices in order to get modern and spacious office spaces hence conforming to its new image and the Kigali City Master plan. The construction of its Head Office Extension in Kigali, Rwanda. This block shall be a basement and ground floor and 11 floor office building connected to the existing building and works will also comprise demolition of other non-preferred and old constructions and review of landscaping and parking spaces.
