Empangeni Rail High School - Building

Construction of the Empangeni Rail High School, within the Umhlathuze Local Municipality, Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed site is situated in Richem and is bordered by Sigma Street, to the north and Carpenter Street to the west on Erf 3169, Richards Bay. The proposed new school will consist of 25 standard classrooms, 6 multipurpose/specialist classrooms, a media centre, computer room, team teaching room, 4 offices located outside o the administration building, a counselling suite, 4 small administration storerooms, a large administration storeroom, a strongroom, a garden store and change room. A kitchen and tuck-shop, 14 girls' toilets and 10 boys' seat and urinals, 6 teachers' toilets and 2 disabled toilets.
