About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a secure and access controlled estate, The Emfuleni Riverfront Estate, on the shores of the Vaal River, in Emfuleni, less than an hour from Johannesburg International Airport, in Gauteng. The development proposal will offer maximum exposure and orientation towards the Vaal River. An open space system that stretches all along the riverfront has been provided to ensure that all residents have access to and can enjoy the amenity of the riverfront. This open space will be linked with the Clubhouse to form a continuous open space system, that will in effect, function as an urban promenade.
