About this development
Construction of the retail component and shops for the Emberton Estate, on Rem of Portion 252 (of 1) of the Farm Everton No. 864 and Rem of Portion 42 of the Farm Clifton No. 939, Hillcrest, situated at 26 and 27 Carolina Boulevard, Gillitts, Ethekweni, KwaZulu-Natal. The development will incorporate a regional gym, 300m² of local convenience shops such as a coffee bar, postnet, laundromat, ATM and crèche, 525 residential dwellings and 1500m² of office space. Entry and exit to the development is proposed via Ashley Drive, requiring an upgrade of Ashley Drive and the widening of the existing bridge. An internal road network will be constructed which will include a slab over the railway line, which will house the gym.
