About this development
Construction of the infrastructure and services for a mixed-use development, known as Elono Plains in Kenya. Elono Plains will be a new town set on 203 acres, situated approximately 500m south west of Olooloitikosh town, along Pipeline road and the proposed Greater Southern Bypass and will target the middle class, i.e. population transitioning from renting to owning a home. The town will comprise of several development types including residential, commercial, schools, hospital and institutional developments. Phase 1 of the Masterplan will comprise of 107 residential units providing a mix of 2, 3, 4 bedroom bungalows, maisonettes and apartments. A convenience store, a medical clinic, a kindergarten, a public transport terminus, a recreational area and the requisite infrastructure will also be provided.
