About this development
Upgrading and improvement of the engineering infrastructure in the Ellis Park Precinct. This will include improvements to roads, water, sanitation and electrical services amongst others. The rail access with the stations at Doornfontein and Ellis Park will also be upgraded. A 20 meter wide subway is to be constructed from Ellis Park station to the grounds. (Estimates R500 million +).
