About this development
Construction for a proposed residential estate located on Portion 5 (a portion of Portion 4) of the Farm Elisenham No. 68, situated to the east of the Elisenham Township development located North of Windhoek. The Elisenheim Nature Estate proposes to provide for a number of mixtures of landuses, including residential and hospitality components. The business component will provide for a hotel and lodge. The special land uses will be dedicated to a mixture of business and residential activities. Phase One is to cost an estimated N$150 million.
