This project involves the construction of a 22 000m², single storey shopping mall in Limpopo at the cross roads to Louis Trichardt, Giyani and Levubu. To be known as Elim Shopping Mall. The Mall is to be anchored by Shoprite in a 3 500m2 store and a 2 300m2 Boxer store. The mall will also have 884 parking bays, a new taxi rank with 72 bays serving over 110 taxis, as well as a bus drop off and collection area and will provide easy access for local commuters. The first phase will feature 50 new stores. Estimated project value: R220 million
