About this development
Construction of civil and infrastructure works for a residential villas complex under the Property Development Scheme (PDS), on the eastern foothill of La Tourelle du Tamarin, at approximately 2 540m inland from the coast, adjoining the Morcellement Belouguet, in the region of Tamarin, over a land portion of extent 79.658m². The project to be known as Eko Savannah will comprise of: (i) A villa complex of 47 residential units of GF configuration supported by back-up amenities such as parking area, swimming pool, etc. (ii) A clubhouse of GF configuration encompassing restaurant, gym, meeting room, swimming pool with its associated facilities. The project will be implemented into two phases namely: Phase 1: 34 villas and clubhouse. Phase II: 13 villas.
