About this development
Construction of a Prestige College independent school as part of the mixed use development known as Eersterus Extension 7 which will incorporate a residential township and an educational facility on a part of the remainder of portion 171 and portion 306 of the Farm Derdepoort 326 JR, City of Tshwane, Gauteng. The proposed township will be 10.6ha in extent and will comprise of three (3) erven zoned as follows: Erf 5757 Residential 4 for 327 dwelling units, Erf 5758 Educational for a maximum number of 2 000 pupils and Erf 5759 Residential 4 for a further 137 dwelling units. The proposed access to the development is to be from an extension of Daniel Avenue, which will be constructed as part of the proposed development. The GPS co-ordinates are Lat 25°42'45.31"S, Long 28°18'4.45"E .
