Eden Meander Development - Mall and Retail

Construction of the Eden Meander Lifestyle Centre for the proposed development of the Eden Meander Development, which will result in building construction which covers approximately 240 000 m². It is proposed to phase the development, with the first phase consisting of approximately 120 000 m². The first buildings are proposed to be erected on various of the portions, depending on the market demand, with approximately 53 000 – 60 000 m² as part of the Eden Meander Mall on Portion 9. Retail, commercial, residential and other uses on Portions 8, 10 and 11 are likely to form part of Phase 1. This proposed development will be located on portion 22 of the Farm Kraaibosch, No. 195 and Erf 23333, George in the Western Cape.
