About this development
Construction of a retirement village for the over 50's on a portion of portion 121 of the farm Zesfontein 27 IR, in Benoni, Gauteng. The village will have approximately 351 units, will be known as Eastlands Mature Lifestyle Estate and covers an area of approximately 24.1ha. All homes will have Bali style roofs, sophisticated upmarket kitchens, ergonomically designed taps and electrical points. The homes are designed to ensure that they do not require expensive maintenance and upkeep in years to come. There are two bedroom semi detached unit or a three bedroom freestanding family homes. Senior Living will offer only 112 one bedroom units, (single storey in blocks of four) close to the Lodge.
