Restorative repairs and refurbishment of East Rand School of Arts located on Jones Street, Daveyton, Benoni, Gauteng. CIDB 7GB. The scope of works involve demolition and rebuilding a gable wall on the verge of collapse. Design and construction of a larger septic tank for the school. Full renovations of classrooms which includes repainting of walls, replacement of ceilings, floor coverings, broken window panes, chalkboards, noticeboards, damaged doors, ironmongery, etc. For ablutions it includes replacing sanitary fittings and damaged plumbing pipes, floor coverings, ceilings, broken window panes, damaged ironmongery and repainting of wall. Rehabilitation of sports fields and combi courts. Construction of universal paraplegic access and paraplegic toilet. Repair to existing roof and replace the existing fascia and barge boards and install new rainwater goods. Repair damaged rusted fence. Handling of existing services. Subsurface water drainage.
