Construction of infrastructure and internal services for the East Lifestyle Centre, that forms part of Phase 2 of the Secunda Value Centre, for a new Secunda mix use development on the corner of PDP Kruger and Horwood Street next to KFC in Mpumalanga. The development will comprise of the following: Basement parking (7 900m²), retail: Spar and line shops (5 229m²), 55 apartments: 12 one bedroom units over 2 levels above Spar and 43 two bedroom units over 3 levels above line shops, concrete deck parking.
