Construction of a a water and sewer reticulation, and a new 'loop road' system that includes Mahatma Gandhi Road (Point Road) and a proposed extension of Prince Street, for the Durban Point Road Precinct, in KwaZulu-Natal. The total area that can be developed (bulk) will ultimately amount to approximately 750 000m². Also proposed is an internationally branded resort hotel, a shopping mall, residential and office space. Estimated project value: R47 million (Incl. VAT).
