Construction of a residential component, as part of the DTDC Tower in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The residential units will be located in the top section of the tower. The 88-storey tower will be the tallest skyscraper in the southern hemisphere, and will stand at a height of 370m. The development will also comprise a retail mall and commercial component in the podium, and two hotels in the lower section of the tower. Also included in the development will be sporting facilities, a restaurant, a museum, and parking facilities. The site is located at the Durban Country Club and Natal Mounted Rifles (NMR) sites, in close proximity to the Moses Mabhida stadium.
