Construction of services, infrastructure and basement parking for the DTDC Tower in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The 88-storey tower will be the tallest skyscraper in the southern hemisphere, and will stand at a height of 370m. The development will comprise a retail mall and commercial component in the podium, two hotels in the lower section of the tower, and a residential component in the top section of the tower. The development will also include sporting facilities, a restaurant, a museum, and parking facilities. The site is located at the Durban Country Club and Natal Mounted Rifles (NMR) sites, in close proximity to the Moses Mabhida stadium.
