Construction of Dundonald Police Station in Dundonald, Mpumalanga. CIDB 8GB. Scope of works could include: Block A: Main Police Station of 1004m² comprising of: Community service centre, public toilets, victim friendly facilities, offices, boardroom and general stores. Block B: Single-storey cell block of 394m²; maintenance staff rest rooms and storerooms of 43m²; 3-bed staff housing consisting of 2 units of 165m²; bachelor staff housing block consisting of 2 units of 64m²; refuse area of 29m²; car wash bay of 47m²; covered parking for 16 bays, including solar panel installation; generator yard with ancillary site work; 103m³ sectional steel water storage tank, divided into domestic and fire water including separate booster pumps domestic fire water; borehole, pump and filtration room of 23m²; septic tank and soakaway. Site work comprising of: bulk earthworks, paved driveways, parking areas and pedestrian walkways; landscaping; boundary and site walls, fencing, and gates; construction of access from existing provincial road, D26 (Senzeni Street), including construction of additional lanes, speed attenuation structures, road markings, signage and storm water structures. Construction of new servitude access road (Majikiza Street); services installation, including storm water management, septic tank, borehole, and site lighting, The GPS coordinates have been placed at the construction site 26°14'18.0"S 30°48'54.0"E
