Redevelopment of Berths B, C and D in Duncan Dock, Port of Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The overall strategy of the redevelopment is to retain the cold storage of fruit within Berth D and expand Berth D to cater for the current fruit facilities within Berth B and C. The remaining area of the dock (Berth B and C) will be used for containers, general cargo and bulk materials. the proposed hazardous substance storage area will be located within the newly proposed container storage area on Berth D.
