About this development
Construction of the proposed Dudley Pringle Residential Development near Tongaat in KwaZulu-Natal. Also proposed is a small commercial node comprising retail shops, restaurant(s) and offices. The development will provide a range of housing options for mixed-income groups, and will consist of various types of housing, ranging from detached housing to medium-rise buildings. The development will be located on Remainder of the Farm Wewe No 17825, Remainder of Portion 7 of the Farm Lot 83 No 1574, Portion 666 of the Farm Lot 49 No 862, Portion 102 of the Farm Lot 49 No 862, Portion 100 (of 9) of the Farm Lot 49 No 862; and Remainder of Portion 1 of the Farm Lot 86 No 1531. The site is approximately 310ha in extent. Access to the site is obtained from Tongaat town by taking Gopalall Hurbans / R102 North and turning left onto Noodesberg Road which becomes R614.
