About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed trade zones 4 and 5 of the Dube Trade Zone Special Economic Zone (SEZ), previously known as the Mega Industrial Integrated Township, which is to be located on a 690.3ha site adjacent to the existing Dube Trade Port. The township is designed to include new industrial space, commercial areas, a logistics hub comprising truck, bus and container depots, warehousing facilities, a weigh-bridge centre, a training institute and an industrial retail park.
