About this development
Complete repairs and renovations at Dr Bohmer Secondary School in Bloemfontein, Free State. CIDB 7GB. The works comprise repairing of structural defects and renovating all buildings, demolish and replace classrooms that are in poor condition. New structures are to be built using conventional masonry construction to replace demolished structures. Engineering services will be installed around and in the new buildings, which include, electricity, water, sewer, fire protection and storm water control. All the services will connect to existing services that run on site. Repairs to the existing hall will be done, which comprise of repairing cracks and settlement of walkways.
