Die Hoewes Extension 256 - Building

Construction of the commercial development called Die Hoewes Extension 256. The development will be situated on the site at the corner of West Street and Thea Avenue in Centurion, Gauteng. The scope of works will include four buildings,each with two levels of basement parking, and seven levels of offices. Building one will have a GLA of 7929m², building two 5771m² , building three 5675m² and building four 5661m².
