About this development
Construction of bulk earthworks, civil services and internal roads for a housing development on erven 8179, 8720 and 8721, Devland Extension 1, Gauteng. The site is located in the existing Devland development that is south of Diepkloof interchange on the N1. The N1 forms the Eastern and future K122 route the southern boundries of the site. The Golden Highway forms the western boundry of the site. This development will lie north of the R29 road to Potchefstroom and on the eastern boundry of the Greater Soweto area, at the start of the Witwatersrand foothills.
