Construction of new offices for Hollywood Bets in Richefond Circle, Ridgeside Office Park, uMhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. The Devin Properties development consists of three buildings A, B, and C and a triple super-basement. Building A has a cladded feature wall, designed like a perfectly aligned puzzle of tiled panels. The building also features Luna wood ceilings, timber-clad façades, and meeting pods on each floor that overlook the space below. The polished concrete floors tie everything together.
