About this development
Upgrade and refurbishment to the existing Design Quarter on the corner of William Nicol Drive and Leslie Avenue, Magaliessig, Sandton, Gauteng. The project brief centred around the redevelopment of the shopping centre into a great new, modern and relevant “Food Street” (offering 4 new Food & Beverage outlets as well as a number of new retailers). The innovative new vertical circulation connects the basement to the new “Food Street” with the refurbishment also encompassing the existing walkways, piazza and facades.
