Construction of commercial component for the Desert Rose mixeduse development. Desert Rose Investment Pty Ltd plans to develop an iconic structure for Namibia by developing the Desert Rose International Convention and Exhibition Centre between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay in Namibia. The project will consist of residential, recreational, institutional, commercial and public zoning's in order to create a multilayered network of activities supporting each other.
