About this development
Construction of infrastructure and services for the Desert Rose mixed-use development. Desert Rose Investment (Pty) Ltd plans to develop an iconic structure for Namibia by developing the Desert Rose International Convention and Exhibition Centre between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay in Namibia. The project will consist of residential, recreational, institutional, commercial and public zoning's in order to create a multi-layered network of activities supporting each other.
