Construction of civil and infrastructure works for the proposed Daviot City in Eswatini. Daviot (Pty) Ltd is proposing to subdivide Farm Peebles Block at Hhelehhele and develop it into a city to be referred to as Daviot City. This development will entail the division of the property into a mall (valued at R250 million), filling station, eatery drive thru, duplex flats and installation of infrastructure to service them. The farm is accessible on the MR after Manzini, just before the junction with MR8.
