Construction of a 120 bed clinic for a mixed-use development known as Dar City in the heart of the Msasani area of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Dar City is a the prime development on the eastern seaboard of Africa and combines a retail mall, hotels, serviced apartments, a convention centre, a medical clinic and office buildings into a pedestrian friendly precinct. It is conveniently located within close proximity of Oyster Bay, the Yacht club in Masaki, as well as the Central Business District and port. The main entrance into the precinct is from the Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road that defines the southern boundary of the site. This is one of the main roads in Dar es Salaam and connects the CBD with the majority of northern suburbs.
