Repairs, renovations and construction of new educational facilities at Dalasile Primary School in Chris Hani District Municipality, Ntabethemba, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7GB The scope of works includes: Demolition of other building blocks; refurbish existing Block A 4 classroom block and convert it into multipurpose classroom and 2 x classrooms; refurbish existing Block C kitchen and extend it into a bigger nutrition centre; refurbish existing Block B 4 classroom block and convert it into science lab and 2 x classrooms; New Block A – Administration; New AB1 – Ablution block; New Block B – 1 x media centre, 1 x sick room and 1 x work room; New Block C – 2 x classrooms; New Block D – 2 x classrooms; New Block E – Security room; Grade R ablutions; Grade R classroom; refuse area; electrical installation; mechanical installation; gas installation; associated site works such as roadworks, walkways, parking, assembly courtyard, platforms and landscaping; perimeter fencing around Grade R classrooms and entire school; 15m high elevated water tanks and stands; 5 000L classrooms water tanks with stands; sewerage, storm water and water reticulation.
