Construction of Tower 1 as part of a mixed-use development, consisting of three towers to be known as Cytonn Towers in Kilimani, Kenya The three towers could consist of retail, residential, hotel and offices and will sit on a four-acre piece of land at the junction of Elgeyo Marakwet and Argwings Kodhek Roads. It will cost US$ 194m to complete the project inclusive of the price of land which costs US$ 15m. All 3 towers will have 35 floors.
