About this development
Construction of the infrastructure and services for a mixed-use development, consisting of three towers to be known as Cytonn Towers in Kilimani, Kenya. The towers will sit on a four-acre piece of land at the junction of Elgeyo Marakwet and Argwings Kodhek Roads and will cost US $194m to complete the project inclusive of the price of land which costs US $15m. These three towers will consist of a shopping mall, offices, residential apartments and a hotel. All three towers will have 35 floors.
