Construction of services and infrastructure, including a taxi rank, filling station, gym park, mini sub-station, waste water treatment works, sports precinct and a waste transfer / recycling station, to support the establishment of a new town centre near Cwaka, between Msinga and Tugela Ferry in KwaZulu-Natal. The site is approximately 146ha in extent, and is situated on Remainder of Portion 25 of the Farm Klip River Location No. 4665 and Remainder of the Farm Qamu No. 17486. The development will also include SMME sites, a shopping mall, a TVET campus, tourist accommodation, residential units, a clinic and an upgrade to an existing school.
