About this development
Construction of civils, bulk earthworks, services and associated infrastructure for Cullinan Square in Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The Cullinan Square will be 192m tall skyscraper office building, on what is currently only known as ‘Site D’ in the city. The 42 floor tower is designed to be a mixed-use development, and will be the tallest building in the city. It will feature a hotel component that occupies the highest part of the tower, with a sky lobby, restaurant, spa and observation deck at the top of the building. The ground level will consist of the retail component. There will be basement parking levels and 20 levels of prime office space. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the marker has been placed within the city's foreshore -33.921761, 18.441205
