Construction of a new Crusader warehouse on Stand 1868, Witfontein Extension 86, Kempton Park, Gauteng. The scope of works include but not limited to constructing a warehouse building with a total footprint area of 17 937m², offices that will be located in the western part of the site, next to the R21 Highway with a total floor area of 1 204m². The offices will be three storeys high, a gatehouse 14m², which will be located in the north-western part of the site, a wash bay located in the south-western part of the site, open parking spaces surrounding the warehouse structure, and two attenuation ponds (with areas of 374m² and 439m²) to be located in the western and south-western part of the site.
