About this development
Construction and operation of a greenfield 210-key, 11-storey business hotel in Addis Ababa, Capital of Ethiopia. The hotel will be located in the fast-growing Liteda area in Addis Ababa.The new hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant and a bar. Guests can enjoy facilities such as the health club and spa, or kick back with a drink at the bar by the swimming pool. - Upon completion, the Project will be branded “Crowne Plaza” hotel under a full management contract with International Hotels Group (IHG). The purpose of this investment is to help to address the shortage of hotel rooms of international standards in the capital city Addis-Ababa. The total project cost is estimated at US$37.7 million.
